Returns

 

Sometimes we can order the wrong thing. We are human! If this is the case, Oeuvre Apparel will grant a credit note valid for 6 months upon your item/s being returned.

All items returned must be in its original condition. If the item has been deemed unacceptable, we will happily return the original item back to you.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the goods. Once we have received your returned goods, we will process your credit note, this can take from 1-3 working days.

We do not issue refunds unless the good/s are faulty.

Cancellations

You can cancel the order within 2 hours of making the order. After 2 hours, no cancellations can be made. This is because after 2 hours Oeuvre would have started production.

Processing time

Oeuvre Apparel has a made-on demand structure. Meaning, we order our 100% organic blanks, sew, print, package and send out your order after the purchase has been made. Thus, timeframes for most goods can take 10 – 25 days to arrive. If your order has exceeded this timeframe our customer services team will get in contact with you to provide you with an update.

Packaging

Your order may be sent in 2 / 3 different packages. Please do not be concerned when you receive one and not the other.
